2.1 Registration and Profile Educational institutions must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating their profiles on the Platform. Institutions are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and all activities that occur under their accounts.
2.2 Content Posting Institutions may post news updates, scholarship opportunities, and other relevant content. All content must adhere to our content guidelines. Institutions are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content they post on the Platform. UniNewsletter reserves the right to refuse or remove any content that does not align with the Platform’s standards.
2.3 Premium Membership Premium membership options are available for institutions seeking enhanced visibility. These memberships may include features such as the ability to publish featured articles in multiple languages. Fees are charged according to the selected membership plan, and UniNewsletter reserves the right to change the membership fees at any time with prior notice to subscribers.
2.4 Termination We reserve the right to terminate or suspend an institution's account if it violates these Terms or engages in any prohibited activities.
3.1 Use of Information Visitors may use the information on the Platform for personal and educational purposes only and agree not to use it for any commercial, promotional, or unlawful purposes.
3.2 Registration (If Applicable) Visitors may need to create an account to access certain features of the Platform. Visitors must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
3.3 Prohibited Activities Visitors shall not engage in any activities that may harm the integrity or security of the Platform, including but not limited to hacking, spamming, or distributing malware.
3.4 Verification of Offers Visitors, particularly students, should verify directly with the relevant educational institutions regarding any offers, programs, or scholarships advertised on the Platform or Digital Magazine. UniNewsletter is not liable for any inaccuracies, changes, or issues related to such offers, programs, or scholarships.
3.5 Termination We reserve the right to terminate or suspend a visitor's account or access to the Platform if they violate these Terms or engage in any prohibited activities.
4.1 Ownership and Licensing Contributors retain ownership of their content but grant UniNewsletter a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and distribute the content in connection with the Platform and Digital Magazine.
4.2 Content Standards All submissions must be original and comply with our content guidelines. Contributors are responsible for ensuring that their content does not infringe on any third-party rights or violate any laws.
4.3 Payment and Compensation If compensation is provided, it will be according to the terms agreed upon at the time of submission. UniNewsletter reserves the right to withhold payment if the content does not meet the required standards.

4.5 Confidentiality Contributors must keep any proprietary or confidential information they access as part of their contributions confidential.
4.6 Indemnification Contributors agree to indemnify UniNewsletter against any legal claims arising from their content, including claims of intellectual property infringement or defamation.
5.1 Proprietary Rights The Platform and all content (including text, images, video, and audio) are the property of UniNewsletter or are used with permission and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Users may not modify, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.
5.2 User-Generated Content By submitting content to the Platform, users grant UniNewsletter a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and distribute such content. Users retain ownership of their content but grant UniNewsletter the right to use it in the context of the Platform.
6.1 Advertising and Content Guidelines All advertisements and sponsored content must comply with UniNewsletter’s advertising guidelines. We reserve the right to refuse or remove any advertisements that do not meet our standards, including those containing inappropriate material.

7.1 Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, and any disputes shall be resolved in the relevant courts of that jurisdiction.
7.2 Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to negotiation and mediation before any legal proceedings are initiated.
7.3 Severability If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable.
